About us
We're a startup whose goal is to automate the job search process, starting with the most time-consuming and repetitive task: applying to jobs online.
We aim to provide you with the easiest and most convenient way to get interviews at companies. People often struggle with the early stages of the job search because manually filling out applications is time-consuming and cumbersome. With recruiters offering interview requests to approximately 1-3% of applicants, ApplyAll helps you maximize your chances of getting a response by bulk applying you to jobs that match your experience and interests. Our goal is to help you get through this stage of the job search so you have the bandwidth to focus on what comes next.
Meet the Founder
Tal Flanchraych
Founder & CEO, ApplyAll
In 2017, on a rainy day in San Francisco, I decided to mass apply to 400+ tech product manager jobs in a single day.
Though it took like 8 hours, I got more initial phone interviews in one week than I'd ever had in my life (28!!!) which resulted in 3 job offers.
After trying the same experiment with friends who had different professional backgrounds, it became clear to me that despite popular advice, the "spray and pray" approach actually can work -- often better and faster than any other approach.
In 2023, I was working at Indeed, and learned why the big job platforms maintain the status quo -- and the massive opportunities that creates for startups to empower jobseekers.
Then, like many of you, I was laid off along with 1500 others. (Yes, from a job board. The irony is not lost on me). I had a front row seat to brilliant former coworkers struggling to get even a single interview, despite doing "all the right things." Enough was enough. ApplyAll was born.
Since then, ApplyAll has delivered thousands of job interviews and offers for over 1,300 jobseekers who never have to fill out a single job application.
Meet the real humans behind ApplyAll
You can find them across the US and the world doing things like:
- Scanning your resume to make sure there aren't major typos or formatting issues that could cause rejections
- Manually reviewing every job application to confirm all information is entered correctly
- Providing personalized, empathetic customer support that makes you feel like a VIP
- Optimizing our job-match algorithms using patterns in outcomes data (e.g., the much higher interview rate for fully remote roles versus hybrid/onsite jobs that require relocation)
Ready? Set? Apply!
It's 2025, and no one wants to spend 50 hours clicking "upload resume" hundreds of times. You should be spending your time prioritizing companies that have already shown interest in you, not waving your hand just trying to be seen.
