I got laid off from a job board.
Then I built ApplyAll.
I was a PM at Indeed when I got laid off along with 1,500 others. Yes, from a job board. The irony is not lost on me.
But I had a front-row seat to brilliant former coworkers who couldn't get a single interview despite doing "all the right things," and I knew the system was broken from the inside.
ApplyAll is what I wished existed: a tool that actually works for the candidate, not the platform. We've delivered interviews and offers for 4,000+ jobseekers.
30 seconds in.

Get started in under a minute. We handle sourcing, matching, and applications while you sit back and wait for interviews.
You're in control. Pause and restart applications any time.

I definitely want to write a testimonial for you as a success story. I just got the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing for [redacted]. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you in return. - J [redacted].
screenshot-3.png: Score! Mark [redacted] to tal@applyall.com. 7 Dec, 3:55 PM. Tal, I received an offer yesterday (or at least the promise of one)! I should get all the details in their offer package early next week! If everything works out, this will be the second job you've found for me - amazing work! That said, please keep applying for now. This role doesn't start until January, and given the current market, I'm being extra cautious until everything is officially signed, sealed, and delivered. Mark.
screenshot-30.png: Christian [redacted]. Available on mobile. Thursday. Christian [redacted], 4:25 PM. Got a job through ApplyAll! I was close to giving up and actually cancelled my subscription, but a seed planted in May turned into interviews in late June and a Product Director job in July after 11 months of unemployment. So glad I signed up. Thank you for the resume coaching and for creating this platform!
screenshot-15.png: Good news! Mollie [redacted]. 1 Jun, 11:09 AM. Hey Tal!! Great news - I got the [redacted] offer yesterday afternoon! They offered me 88K right away (3K ABOVE the posted range - I was psyched!) + 5% annual bonus for Associate PM. It checked every box I was looking for and I'm thrilled :) June 10th start date, will post on LinkedIn (with a huge thank-you to you and ApplyAll of course!) once background check and everything clears next week! Let me know if there's anything I can do for you as far as testimonials or reviews! I would've never found this role without ApplyAll, let alone gotten it without your coaching :) Hope you have a great weekend!
receipt-09-group-33-1.png: Outside of some minor issues this service is 10x better than the AI ones. Otherwise, looks I have an interview request already. In addition, I specified Data Engineer II position and I'm getting lots of rejections from senior data engineer positions. Can you remove that from my preferred titles?
screenshot-10.png: Please turn off applications. Assigned to you. Snooze. Mark as done. Hello, I recently accepted a VP of Engineering position and will no longer need the service. Unfortunately, I didn't get this one through ApplyAll (was through my network), but I REALLY like the service and have recommended it to multiple people. It helped me get my confidence up by interviewing pretty frequently. Of the approximately 200 applications through ApplyAll, I got 11 interviews. It was worth every penny. Thanks again! Jeffrey [redacted]. Mobile: [redacted]. Email: [redacted].
screenshot-20.png: Nicole [redacted] to Ashley from ApplyAll. Ashley, Thank you for ApplyAll! I have been telling every job seeking friend about your site. I intend to recommend it to my former laid-off co-workers (now that I'm finally out of the race). Had I known about Applyall a year ago who knows where I'd be! Ever so grateful to Noah Little for putting me in touch with your service! Cheers! Nicole. Sent from Gmail Mobile. December 20, 2024 at 6:19 AM.

I'm not sharing deets yet as I'm still interviewing for one other role, but I didn't want to waste any time shouting out @Tal Flanchraych (ApplyAll.com, laid off 2023) and her fabulous product, ApplyAll, which I 100% believe led to my job search success. I was fortunate to have two offers after an 8+ month search filled with so many ups, downs, sideways, & flips, and BOTH were from ApplyAll applications. Do not hesitate to try this amazing tool! I'm so excited, and I can't thank you as well as the entire team at ApplyAll enough for all of your incredible work in getting me more interviews than I could've imagined! screenshot-1.png: Tal Flanchraych <tal@applyall.com>, Tal from ApplyAll <team@applyall.com>. Subject: I got a job offer! Hi Tal and team, I have gotten 2 interviews from the jobs that you guys applied for and I have received 1 offer after going through 3 rounds of interviews. Thank you so much for helping me get a job in this IMPOSSIBLE job market. My last drawn salary was 168k and I was willing to go under and settle. But you guys helped me secure a 248k a year job. That is a 47% increase! IN THIS CRAZY JOB MARKET. This is completely unbelievable. Thank you once again. I will recommend you guys to all my unemployed friends and I hope you can help them as well. @Tal Flanchraych this is not possible if not for your help to help me optimize my CV and applying to jobs that I am qualified for. You are definitely the real deal when it comes to recruitment and you definitely know what you are doing. Best $250 I have spent in my life. Just look at my ROI. Completely unbelievable. Please let me know how else I can help, please feel free to use this email as a testimonial or whatever. But please blur out my name!

receipt-13-jordan.png: Email subject: Thank you from J[redacted]. J[redacted] to Ashley from ApplyAll. Dear ApplyAll Team, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for all of your support throughout my job search. I'm thrilled to share that I've accepted a position as a Human Resources Generalist at a software company called [redacted] which is a company that contacted me as a result of your service. I will be starting on Monday, September 9th! I'm really excited for this new opportunity as it aligns with my career aspirations, will be paying me above my minimum requirements and well within my range I set on the website, and is even in the tech/software space here in Dallas, Texas, where they just relocated their headquarters. While I hope I won't need your services in the near future, I will definitely turn to ApplyAll again should I need assistance with a job search down the road. Your help made a significant difference, and I couldn't be more grateful. You guys were attentive to my needs, responsive to my requests, and ultimately helped get my foot in the door for this opportunity. Thanks again for everything - I will definitely be referring ApplyAll to any and all of my friends/contacts dealing with searching for new opportunities in this difficult, cut throat job market! I wish you all the absolute best in ApplyAll's continued success and the journey to come! Warm regards, J[redacted]. Phone [redacted]. E-mail [redacted].
screenshot-14.png: Anna Wozniewicz. 1st. Product Manager | Climate Tech | EV Charging | Regenerative Ag & Seaw... 9h. When I was laid off in March, I knew the job search would be a marathon. What I didn't expect was finding a tool that would transform my entire approach: ApplyAll. Snapshot from the last 4 months using ApplyAll: 711 job applications sent. 6 companies interviewed. Roughly 1 interview per 118 applications. Applying to jobs can feel like a full-time job in itself. This tool helped me: Reclaim hours of my life. Reduce application fatigue. Create space to upskill and invest in personal development. Focus on high-value activities like meaningful networking and interview preparation. A quick reminder: the "sheer volume" approach to job applications still works. But let's be real - you shouldn't have to go through this grueling process alone. Technology like ApplyAll can be a game-changer in making this journey more manageable. I'm not affiliated with ApplyAll. I'm just a job seeker who found something that genuinely made my job hunt more bearable. In a process that can be mentally draining, anything that gives you back time and energy is worth sharing. For anyone feeling overwhelmed by job applications, especially during a long job search, this might just be the lifeline you need. Check it out here:
receipt-04-brit-1.png: Brit [redacted]@gmail.com. Recipients: Ashley from ApplyAll. Hi Ashley, I hope you're doing well. Apologies for the delayed response - I've been busy with a wave of interviews, thanks to the amazing support from the ApplyAll team! I truly appreciate it. If needed, I'm happy to share metrics or additional details. I'm reaching out to request that the last 20 applications be sent out, if it's still possible. Thank you so much for everything! Best regards, Brit [redacted]. September 14, 2024 at 10:24 AM. 1mo.

screenshot-24.png: Mollie [redacted]. Checking In :). 1) Thanks for asking! I'm up to 5 screens, 2.64% app to screen which I never expected!! :) Quick rundown: 1. PM @ Maymont Homes (ApplyAll, Remote, screen was fine, haven't heard from them but that aligns with the timeline they gave and I'm not stoked about the company anyway). 2. APM @ Q-Centrix (ApplyAll, Remote, applied for PM but during phone screen recruiter and I agreed their open APM role was better. Interviewing with HM on the 14th, love the company). 3. PM @ Paktolus (ApplyAll, Remote, final round this week and think I'll get an offer. It's a PM role but in a consulting context so also a lot of project management and BA, which I'm open to). 4. Sr Prod. Delivery Specialist @ JP Morgan Chase (On my own, honestly I was shocked to hear from them! Waiting to hear if I passed phone screen.) 5. APM @ CapitalOne (On my own through a referral, phone screen this Wed).
receipt-03-bkint-4.png: Product Manager @ [redacted] | Data, AI, SaaS, PaaS. LinkedIn message from [redacted] (He/Him), 12:24 PM. We can only hope. Started interviewing with the companies ApplyAll landed. Best part, no presentation interviews so far (thank god). I have 6 different companies I've been asked to interview with or started interviews with since Monday of last week. I went from 0 interviews on deck to 6 in one week, which feels crazy. 3 of the 6 came directly from ApplyAll, 1 came from applying More Jobs section from the search, and the other two were inbound/warm leads. But such a huge difference in one week and has really upped my confidence. I'm feeling optimistic, and hopefully I can get multiple offers so I can negotiate more aggressively!
receipt-05-bshuk.png: B [redacted]@gmail.com to Tal Flanchraych <tal@applyall.com>. 20 May, 9:38 PM. Hi Tal, I got the confirmation on the offer yesterday. It has been a bumpy ride. The company is [redacted]. It's in Boston, has a much better comp and title compared to my previous job. We are seriously considering it and would very likely move to Boston. I am very grateful for the help from you and Applyall. We have recommended the service to many of our friends. Question on my account - is it possible to pause my job applications for now and then resume the next time that I am looking for a new job? Not sure what your policy has been on this. Thanks, B [redacted].
receipt-21-tyler.png: Hi Ashley, Thanks so much! And yes this job was one that ApplyAll applied for! It's for IAM Security Engineering with [redacted]. This is now the second time you all have played a major part in my career advancement, and I talk up ApplyAll whenever I get the chance. In fact my manager from my last role is using your service as well now. Thank you so much for providing this service. I now have my first actual engineering role, and a substantial increase in pay, all in a down market, thanks in no small part to you. Thank you as well for pausing the applications. I will absolutely come back to use those credits, and likely even purchase more. Again, so happy and grateful that you helped me get a cool new role. Please let me know if there's any other questions I can answer and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season. Kind regards, [redacted]. 23 minutes ago via team@applyall.com.Real interviews,

Why use ApplyAll vs. applying on my own?
Get your time back. 25–50 hours of time that you can instead use to work your network for referrals, do practice interviews, spend more time with loved ones, work to put food on the table, or simply binge more Netflix (we don't judge).
Make more money. By applying you to hundreds of jobs in days, rather than weeks or months, you can shorten your job search by 1–3 months. That's potentially an extra $10–20K+ in your pocket this year.
Access all the jobs that others don't see. The jobs you see on LinkedIn are the ones companies pay to promote, and the ones with the most competition. We don't limit ourselves to LinkedIn. Instead, we crawl 50,000 companies' official careers pages directly multiple times a day, every single day, to maintain a live database of >1 million active jobs. This means we often see listings before they hit the major job boards, plus the ones that never make it there at all. We then filter by your preferences and rank by the probability you'll receive an interview, using outcomes data from thousands of 2025 & 2026 tech and corporate jobseekers.
Get a Fairy Jobmother. When you sign up for ApplyAll, you're not just signing up for a software service. You're getting a team of US-based tech career experts that ensure you get results. We manually review every single customer resume against their preferences, and intervene if we see obvious typos, file issues, or other "rejection magnets." Our founder hosts free live weekly resume workshops to help people who can't afford a service like ours. And lastly, we don't cut corners. The people responsible for filling out your applications literally get cash bonuses when you get interviews and job offers, so they're incentivized to make sure each application is perfectly accurate.
There's a reason we can afford to offer an 100% refund-backed Interview Guarantee: we optimize our service for the results that matter. If we don't earn the right to keep your money, we give it back. No joke.
Which industries and roles do you cover?
We help tech, corporate, and other knowledge workers land interviews across the US & Canada.
The 12 role categories that make up the bulk of our customer base: Software Engineering · Product Management · Customer Success · Sales · UI/UX/Product Design · Technical Project/Program Management · Marketing & Growth · Data · HR/Recruiting · IT/Cybersecurity · Tech Finance/Ops/Strategy · Customer Support.
We started in tech and software, but have helped people land jobs in fields as broad as healthcare and manufacturing too. If your role isn't on the list above but you spend your day at a computer, there's a good chance we can help. Reach out and we'll tell you straight.
How does ApplyAll work?
You give us your resume along with your target roles, constraints, and salary requirements.
We find hundreds of jobs that not only meet your criteria, but are ranked by probability you'll receive an interview based on your resume and outcomes data from thousands of 2026 tech and corporate jobseekers.
Real humans verify every application matches your criteria (salary, location, role fit) and fill out the application forms. We spot-check every submission for accuracy before it goes out.
While ApplyAll does all the grunt work for you, you can sit back and field interview requests!
How long does it take?
First applications go out within 24 hours of onboarding. We aim for 10–20 a day and usually wrap within 1–2 weeks. The pace depends on how many open roles fit your criteria, qualifications, location, salary, and role type.
If matches are limited, we don't sit still: we scan job boards multiple times a day, around the clock, so when a fit goes live, we get you in as an early applicant.
Most customers see their first interviews within 1–2 weeks. Your 30-day guarantee window starts once we've sent out your full set of applications.
What counts as an interview for the guarantee?
A first-round phone call or video interview with someone who works directly for the hiring company (a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer on the team) where you were selected from our submission pool.
Third-party recruiters and recruiting agencies don't count, since they don't represent the hiring company directly. Technical assessments, take-home exercises, or automated screeners that get sent to all applicants don't count either, since they're not a direct conversation with the hiring team.
If you didn't get a qualifying interview within 30 days of application completion, you qualify for a full refund.
How do you handle application questions?
We skip applications with open-ended questions like "Tell us about a time..." that we cannot answer with just the information on your resume.
Recruiters are allergic to answers that are obviously generic, low-effort AI from ChatGPT, and will often reject candidates just for that. Every application we send will always come off as resoundingly human.
Our goal isn't to just "check the box" and apply you to jobs as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get you as many interviews as we can.
It's the reason we can afford to offer an 100% Interview Guarantee: we optimize our service for the results that matter: interviews and offers.
How will I know if I get an interview?
By watching your email inbox, just like you do already!
You'll still get emails whenever a recruiter messages you, as well as email confirmations for every single job you've been applied to, declined by, etc.
(Don't worry, our service is 100% invisible. Companies and recruiters will never know you used ApplyAll if you don't tell them.)
How do I know which jobs I've been applied to?
You will be able to see a list of every job that we've successfully applied you to. The list is updated in real-time!
You'll also still get email confirmations for every single job you've been applied to, declined by, etc.
Can you apply me to remote jobs? Local jobs?
Yes and yes!
Whether you only want remote jobs, or are open to jobs in 10 different cities, we can make it happen.
We even consider timezone and regional requirements for remote jobs automatically, so you'll never be applied for an East Coast Only remote job if you live in California.
We also use your current location as one key data point in ranking job matches by probability you'll receive an interview. Based on our outcomes data from thousands of 2026 tech and corporate jobseekers, you have the highest probability of receiving interviews for local and hybrid jobs in your current metro area, followed by remote jobs. Jobs that would require you to relocate have the lowest interview rate by far, because most tech companies are not currently considering non-local candidates (due to large local applicant pools).
Real interviews,
or your money back.
That's the deal. Try us. If we don't deliver, we refund every dollar.
Get me interviews →The fine print, in plain English.
If you're going to trust a company with your job search, you should be able to read the fine print without a lawyer. Here's how we count what we count and the actual text of the guarantee.
Defining the unit.
An interview = a first-round phone call or video interview with someone who works
directly for the hiring company (recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer on the team) where
the customer was selected from our submission. Excludes third-party recruiters and recruiting
agencies. Excludes technical assessments, take-home exercises, and automated screeners. Excludes
interviews from jobs the customer applied to outside ApplyAll.
Refund terms, verbatim.
"If you don't get at least 1 relevant interview within 1 month of application completion, we'll refund your entire payment. No joke!" Application completion = the date your full application allotment has been submitted.
How we calculate success rate.
Across 4,000+ customers, 94% have received at least one interview invite within their guarantee window. The other 6% qualified for a refund. We don't pretend the 6% don't exist — we paid them.
Honest exclusions.
We don't auto-apply to jobs where you have near-zero shot. We don't apply on your behalf to companies you've blocklisted, your current employer, or past employers. We don't promise offers — we deliver interviews.
